Nano-technology and the Snowflake

Nano-technologists have succeeded is creating two snowflakes that are exactly the same. Although final results are inconclusive due to the effects of the observer on the experiment, within the confines of a laboratory there existed two snowflakes that were atomically the same. Several groups are protesting the construction claiming it to be yet another affront to nature and propose that it is another example of a slippery slope upon which there is no return. In light of the ramification that this will pose to humanity, these groups feel justified in their approach.

On the other hand, it is really neat!
