The Pope John Paul II Memorial Abortion Clinic

Pro-Life groups are in a rage today as Cleveland's City Council has approved the opening of an abortion clinic named after Pope John Paul II. The controversy arose on two fronts: the Pro-life objection of abortion, as well as a unanimous objection by Catholic groups who suggest that the usage of the Pope's name creates a mockery of his previous office and stances. Surprisingly, the developers did not see an issue with the title of the clinic and have dismissed the controversy as "small-minded wrangling by idiots." Many anti-abortion groups are planning protests.

The clinic, a privately funded, one-of-a-kind establishment, is intended by it's managers to provide services to inner-city women who can not afford abortions on their own.

"We want to provide cheap, affordable pregnancy termination to those women who are disadvantaged and need a fresh start. Any opposition will be observed by our staff and management as disrespectful to the memory of Pope John Paul II - he would have approved of our position and promoted the charitable work we've done throughout the Cleveland Community," says Wendy Clarkson, a spokesman for the Clinic.

Boddy Innis, a Pro-life activist who is infamous for his promotion of shooting abortion doctors, says that his organization will oppose the establishment of the clinic at all costs.
"It is unconscionable for abortions to be tolerated in our society. My main objection to this disgucting travesty, however, if the usage of the Pope's name. Incomprehensible."

Another group opposes the name of the clinic for a very different reason. The Anti-Catholic Association feels that naming an "inherently good" institution after Pope John Paul II sullies the image of the cause.

"We feel that Pope John Paul II did far more harm to the world than any other pope in history," says ACA president Vina Smythe. "When you take into consideration the multiple repressive attitudes that he espoused and the true essence of the Catholic religion, you get a disgusting mix."

Smythe suggests that the clinic change its name to honour an abortion doctor who was killed by extremists.

Protests are planned for the next week as well as at the grand opening. 56 abortions are already scheduled and the doctors involved have no intention of changing plans. The Vatican has prepared a response that will be released tomorrow.

DISTURBING FOOTAGE OF ANNA NICOLE SMITH DYING - TERRIBLE

ANNA NICOLE SMITH FOOTAGE
CLICK ABOVE TO SEE THE FOOTAGE AND HELP ME FIGHT IT'S SPREAD

I can't believe that ANYONE would show the footage of Anna Nicole Smith dying. It is perverse, disgusting, horrific, and lastly - DISRESPECTFUL! The link above provides a link to a site that shows paramedics working on the poor woman. I think that anyone who shows these videos should be banned or arrested or something...

Sick. Someone should put a stop to the spread of the footage and release it to her family so that they can dispose of it. I propose that my readers write to the website linked above and DEMAND that the footage be removed. Who would want to disseminate such terrible, disrespectful footage.

WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO??? I AM OUTRAGED!!!!

The Weather Is Destroying Democracy!

A recent article published in the Abolone Star has shed light on the closely knit relationship between the weather and anti-democratic tendencies that are pervading the Western World. Rick Cornstuble of Brookenshire, New England has done extensive research that traces the remarkable correlation between weather patterns and the levels of democracy in the affected nations. In addition, Cornstuble has also written extensively on the role that "Weather-mania" has on the masses and the impact that it has as a distraction from "real" issues in the news media.

The image “http://www.cs.sunysb.edu/~algorith/info/probs-graph-files/graph-isomorphism.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

As you can see here, isomorphism (in relation to the mass media) progressed in an almost uniform fashion when compared to the number of hits (ie - weather phenomenon impacts), but a wide degree of variance was seen when weather was stable. The likelihood that democracy would be practiced was limited ismorphatically when the weather was exciting or had a general impact on the public.

Here we see the progression of democracy as a whole and as if A) the weather has peaked slowly and an event did occur; but in the least likely probable event recurrence or; B) When the weather was dramatic in nature but in the shortest of timeframes or C) none of the above.

Not suprisingly, the findings have shown a strong indication that Weather-mania (read: when the public becomes incited by the weather and is unable to withdraw attention from it) limits the interest the public has in issues that affect them directly. It is almost as if (although the results have not yet been made available) they are more concerned for their immediate safety than the overall state of their democracy. For example, Cornstuble sites several instances when Oklahoma farmers were less likely to voice an opinion on their human rights during a severe storm. In the immediate aftermath of the storm, the farmers were more likely to voice concern about the state of their democracies and how the federal government would provide disaster relief.

Cornstuble suggests that these findings are merely preliminary. His goal, however, is to ensure that the state of democracy is protected, regardless of the dire consequences.
